Toccoa Put Its Next Operating Budget Before the Public, but Left the Price Tag Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission placed a public hearing and first reading of the city’s FY2016 operating budget on its agenda for April 27, 2015, formally opening the proposed spending plan to public consideration. The agenda, however, did not identify the size of the budget or describe the spending choices commissioners would be asked to weigh.
