Toccoa’s downtown greenspace easement remains unresolved in public record

Nearly three years after it appeared before Toccoa’s City Commission, the public record identified for a proposed downtown greenspace easement extension still does not show what commissioners decided. The commission’s Dec. 4, 2023 agenda listed consideration of extending a permissive easement between Acree Properties LLC and the City of Toccoa for greenspace at the intersection of Currahee Street and Broad Street.
