Toccoa’s unanswered wastewater-capacity question still turns on Eastanollee Creek plan

Toccoa’s long-running question over whether it pursued more wastewater-discharge capacity remains unanswered in the identified public record. At its March 22, 2010 meeting, the City Commission heard a CH2M Hill presentation on the Eastanollee Creek Watershed Protection Plan, described as required under the city’s wastewater-discharge permit and tied to a possible increase in permitted capacity from 1.45 million gallons a day to 2 million gallons a day.
