Toccoa’s downtown striping plan still lacks a documented decision

Toccoa City Commission put a proposed project to stripe streets and parking lots in the downtown area on its Sept. 23, 2019 agenda, but the agenda does not reveal what commissioners decided. The item remains the clearest public procedural record of the proposal, with no documented approval, rejection, delay or completion attached to it.
