Toccoa rejects pump-station repair bids, sending Davidson Creek work back out for competition

Toccoa City Commission unanimously rejected every bid for repairs to the Davidson Creek Reservoir Pump Station on Nov. 12, 2012, directing the city to put the work back out for bid. The action kept the needed repair project alive but prevented any of the proposals then before the commission from becoming the basis for a contract.
