Toccoa agenda left fate of two offender work details unresolved

The Toccoa City Commission’s April 8, 2019 agenda placed before commissioners a proposed agreement with the Georgia Department of Corrections to continue two offender work details. The item was listed as new business for consideration, establishing that city leaders were asked to address the arrangement that day. But the agenda does not show whether the commission approved the continuation, rejected it, altered it or postponed it.
