Toccoa’s proposed Emory Johnson Drive still has no documented resolution

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider naming a street Emory Johnson Drive at its Nov. 17, 2015 meeting, placing the proposed designation before elected officials as new business. But the agenda that documents the item does not record a vote or final decision, leaving unresolved whether the name ever became official.
