Toccoa Mutual-Aid Proposal Still Has No Recorded Outcome

Toccoa City Commissioners were scheduled to consider a statewide mutual-aid and assistance agreement at their Feb. 12, 2024 meeting, putting a potentially significant public-safety coordination measure before the city. The agenda, however, records only that the item was set for consideration; it does not say whether the commission approved, rejected, amended or postponed it.
