Toccoa’s public record still does not show whether the city acquired an interest in property at 55 Henrietta Street after the City Commission considered a proposed donation there on Dec. 9, 2019. The commission agenda listed, under new business, consideration of a quitclaim deed connected to donating the property, but it recorded neither a decision nor a completed conveyance.
