Toccoa’s City Commission placed Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant Program funding before members as a new-business item at its Jan. 23, 2023 meeting. The agenda shows the transportation funding matter reached the commission for consideration, but it does not record what commissioners decided, if anything, after the item was called.
