Toccoa Authorized Davidson Creek Pump Inspection, but Repair Outcome Remains Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously authorized $9,640 in work on Sept. 24, 2012 to remove, transport and disassemble the Davidson Creek raw-water pump for a general inspection after its failure. Pumping Machinery, LLC was to perform the work, which was intended to determine the cause of the failure; the record does not establish what the inspection later found.
