Falls Road waterline bid decision remains unresolved in Toccoa record

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled on Nov. 11, 2013, to consider bids for relocating a waterline at the intersection of Falls Road and Rock Quarry Road. The agenda places the utility project before commissioners at the bid-review stage, but it does not record whether they selected a contractor, rejected the bids or deferred the matter.
