Toccoa’s proposed $1 gym lease remains unresolved as commissioners press for safeguards
Toccoa’s City Commission has not recorded a final decision on a proposal to lease the gymnasium area of the Whitman Street Community Center to the Northeast Georgia Housing Authority for $1 per two-year term.
