Toccoa City Commission placed a “Consideration of CARES Act Resolution” on the new-business agenda for its Aug. 24, 2020 meeting, bringing a federal pandemic-relief matter before the city’s governing body. The public agenda establishes that the item was scheduled for consideration that day, but it does not show whether commissioners voted on it or what action, if any, followed.
