Toccoa Commission Backs Jay Johnson City-Manager Offer, Leaves Contract Unfinished

The Toccoa City Commission unanimously voted March 22, 2010, to extend Jay Johnson an offer of employment as city manager, moving to fill the post responsible for the city’s day-to-day administration. In the same action, commissioners directed City Attorney John Dickerson to review and revise the proposed employment contract to reflect the commission’s wishes.
