Toccoa’s City Commission put a proposed airfield-lighting contract with Toccoa-Stephens County Airport before commissioners for consideration at its Sept. 9, 2024 meeting. The item appeared under new business, but the published agenda does not say whether the commission approved, rejected, revised or postponed the agreement.
