Toccoa put Pings Grill’s alcohol-license request before commissioners, but no decision is recorded

Toccoa’s City Commission placed an Alcohol Beverage Control license request for Pings Grill, 201 Black Mountain Road, on its Aug. 10, 2020 meeting agenda. The item identified the applicant as K R Equities, doing business as Pings Grill, and put the restaurant’s request before the city’s governing body for consideration. But the agenda records the proposed consideration, not what commissioners ultimately did.
