Toccoa’s 2017 Resurfacing Plan Has No Recorded Resolution

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider a project resolution for a 2017 Street Resurfacing Program at its Sept. 26, 2016 meeting, putting a potential road-maintenance plan before the city’s elected governing body.
