The Stephens County Board of Commissioners' January 28, 2025 agenda included a motion to approve a change letter for an October 3, 2024 contract among the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Toccoa-Stephens County Airport Authority, the City of Toccoa and Stephens County.
At that meeting, Vice-Chairman Rickman moved and Commissioner Wright seconded approval of the change letter, and the board authorized the Chair to sign it. The motion carried unanimously.
