The story

The Habersham County Board of Commissioners considered a request to renew its contracted instructor agreement with Joshua Yu, known as Master Yu, to teach karate classes at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center. Listed rates included $45.50 per person per class, a Habersham resident rate of $65 per person, and a non-resident rate of $78 per person.
