The Cornelia DDA/Main Street Board placed a review of its bylaws on its March 5 meeting agenda.
At that meeting, the board voted to remove Jessie Owensby and Heath Barrett as authorized signers on its bank accounts and add Noah Hamil, Frank Wolf, and Zach Staggs in their place.
