On March 10, the City Council voted 4-1 to authorize staff to move forward with pursuing a contract with Everbridge for community notifications, with the contract itself to come back to council for approval later.
Council took up the contract on March 24. Members voted 5-0 to approve the Everbridge contract and authorized the city's chief administrative officer to execute it. The agreement's fee schedule called for $5,400 in year one, $5,150 in year two, and $5,304.50 in year three.
