Tallulah Falls Weighs Renaming Multifamily Zoning District on City Map

Tallulah Falls officials scheduled a Jan. 11, 2024, public hearing on a proposed citywide zoning-map legend correction that would replace the label “R-2 Two Family Residential” with “R-II Multiple Family Residential.” Zoning Administrator Linda Lapeyrouse presented the application and recommended the amendment, placing the description of the city’s multifamily residential district before the public for comment.
