Tallulah Falls discussed Irvin rights hearing, but record shows no date or ruling

Tallulah Falls Town Council discussed setting a vested-rights hearing for the Irvins at its Sept. 3, 2020 meeting, with Sept. 24 and Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. raised as possible dates. The mayor said the town needed to set the hearing, but the dates were to be confirmed with the Irvins’ attorney.
