Tallulah Falls tree-preservation rules remain unresolved after public hearings

Tallulah Falls’ proposed tree-preservation rules remain in limbo nearly two years after the Town Council held a public hearing on the zoning-text amendment. Mayor Early introduced the Planning and Zoning Commission’s proposal at the Oct. 17, 2024 hearing, but the minutes close the hearing without recording a council vote or adoption.
