Tallulah Falls was reportedly allowed to leave litigation involving the Frye property, but its separation from the case was conditional: the Town could again be involved if evidence showed it owned a lot with an interest in the “Park.” The Town attorney relayed that account during the Town’s June 4, 2020 meeting, saying a judge had approved the requested removal subject to the ownership question.
