Tallulah Falls Council Backs Sale of Former Georgia Power Building, but Terms Remain Unsettled

Tallulah Falls Town Council unanimously accepted the Downtown Development Authority’s recommendation to sell the Tallulah Center, the former Georgia Power building, at its Nov. 5, 2020 meeting. The decision put the prominent town property on a path toward sale after the authority brought its recommendation to council, but the meeting minutes do not document a completed transaction.
