Tallulah Falls road-transfer proposal left ownership of three routes unresolved

Tallulah Falls put a proposal to take ownership of Hickory Nut Mountain Road, Tallulah Trail—also identified as Tallulah Point—and Tallulah View on its Oct. 12, 2023 meeting agenda. The proposed agreement called for Irvin to convey the pavement and land beneath the roads to the town, but no documented decision from that meeting establishes that the transfer was approved or carried out.
