Tallulah Falls planners put fence, wall setback exemptions before commission

Tallulah Falls’ Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled two proposed changes to the town zoning ordinance for its July 14, 2021 meeting, including measures that would exclude screenings and fences and walls from certain setback restrictions. The items appeared as new business on the commission agenda, putting potential changes to where those site features may be placed before town planners.
