Tallulah Falls’ Homestead-Tax Choice Still Lacks a Documented Resolution

Tallulah Falls put Georgia’s statewide floating homestead exemption before town officials for consideration at its Jan. 16, 2025 meeting, including the process for a local opt-out. More than a year later, the agenda packet still does not establish whether the town adopted the framework, opted out or took no final action.
