Tallulah Falls’ proposed home-business limits remain unresolved after planning review was scheduled

More than two years after Tallulah Falls’ Planning and Zoning Commission was scheduled to consider revised rules for home-based businesses, the proposal’s fate remains unresolved. The commission’s June 12, 2024 agenda placed an amendment affecting the town’s R-1 and A zoning districts before members, but it does not show whether the commission voted, made a recommendation or moved the measure forward.
