Tallulah Falls Considered Letting Idle Building Permits Expire After a Year

Tallulah Falls officials were scheduled to consider a zoning change on Aug. 12, 2021 that could make building permits invalid if the work they authorized had not begun within 12 months. The same proposal would also end a permit after 12 months of suspended or abandoned work, placing a deadline on projects that remained idle.
