Tallulah Falls’ rural infill guidebook remains a proposal, not land-use policy

Tallulah Falls has not documented an adopted rural infill guidebook, despite the idea appearing in a Sept. 19, 2024 Town Council agenda packet as a proposed strategy for development compatibility. The packet put the concept before officials, but it did not show the council approving a guidebook, assigning work on one or setting standards for development.
