Tallulah Falls Considered Tax Deal That Projected $140,026 for Town Roads

Tallulah Falls officials discussed a proposed county Roads and Bridges transportation sales tax and an accompanying intergovernmental agreement on Aug. 11, 2022, after County Manager Alicia Vaughn presented a plan projecting $140,026 for the town. The proposal described a countywide TSPLOST referendum for Nov. 8, 2022 and estimated that the tax could generate $44 million.
