Tallulah Falls sign-rule challenge prompts planned outside review

A Tallulah Falls resident’s request to revisit the town’s sign ordinance prompted Mayor Early to say at the Town Council’s May 7, 2020 meeting that the town’s ordinances would be sent to the Georgia Mountains Regional Commission for review. Keith Nelms raised the issue during public comments, and council members discussed whether the sign rules could create constitutional concerns.
