Rabun County growth strategy puts development and sign rules under scrutiny

A strategy presented in a Sept. 19, 2024 Tallulah Falls agenda packet raised the prospect that Rabun County officials could review development and signage ordinances and update them if needed. The proposal was listed among approaches intended to limit the effects of growth and manage development along U.S. 441, but the packet does not record that a formal review began or that any rule changed.
