Tallulah Falls planners take up proposed setback exemptions for screens, fences and walls

Tallulah Falls’ Planning and Zoning Commission was scheduled to consider proposed changes to the town zoning ordinance on July 14, 2021 that would exclude screenings from setback restrictions and, in a separate item, address exemptions for fences and walls. Both matters appeared under new business on the commission’s agenda, placing potential changes to the town’s rules for structures near property boundaries before planners.
