Tallulah Falls’ proposed small-structure permit fees still lack a recorded final vote

Tallulah Falls’ proposed changes to building-permit fees remain unresolved in the public record five years after the Town Council considered them on Aug. 12, 2021. The proposal included a $30 permit fee for many accessory or secondary-use structures larger than 64 square feet and no more than 300 square feet, but the council materials do not show a final vote adopting the ordinance or putting that amount into effect.
