Tallulah Falls placed a public-accommodations registration and certificate-of-authority request involving D Irv Holdin LLC, Johnny Irvin, Clint Irvin and the town before its council for consideration on Oct. 12, 2023. The agenda packet records that the item reached the council’s agenda, but it does not say whether council members approved, rejected, amended or executed an agreement.
