Tallulah Falls’ proposed small-structure permit-fee cut remains unresolved

Tallulah Falls’ proposal to reduce building-permit fees for buildings and structures of 64 square feet or less remains unresolved nearly five years after the Town Council tabled the discussion on Aug. 12, 2021. The council unanimously agreed to put the matter aside until after it considered a zoning amendment, and this proceeding does not document a later decision or an adopted new fee.
