Nearly two years after Tallulah Falls officials were scheduled to consider rules for businesses run from homes, the proposal’s fate remains unresolved in the city record. A Dec. 12, 2024 agenda packet set out potential permitting and operating conditions for home occupations, but it does not document a vote, adoption, amendment, denial or effective date through Aug. 27, 2026.
