Tallulah Falls’ latest identified planning commission packet, dated Nov. 8, 2023, again listed proposed zoning standards that would cap building height at 35 feet in the named districts and set minimum setbacks from streets and property lines. The agenda shows the proposal remained before the commission, but it does not record a vote or other final action.
