Tallulah Falls setback-rule exemptions remain unresolved five years after planning agenda

Five years after Tallulah Falls’ Planning Commission placed proposed changes to setback rules on its July 14, 2021 agenda, the public action established here remains only that the proposals were scheduled for consideration. The agenda identified zoning-ordinance amendments involving setback restrictions for screenings and for fences and walls, but it does not record a recommendation, vote or adoption.
