Tallulah Falls officials were set to consider a formal procedure for property owners claiming a vested right to short-term vacation-rental use, according to a July 12, 2023 agenda packet. Under the proposal, an owner would apply through the zoning administrator, and Town Council would decide the claim after an administrative hearing and issue a written ruling.
