Tallulah Falls’ documented public record still does not show that water-infrastructure ideas raised at an Oct. 14, 2021 council meeting became a chosen project, grant application or funded construction effort. At that meeting, the mayor presented possible projects for State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund support, and Councilperson Hamilton suggested adding a well transducer; the minutes record discussion, not a council decision.
