Tallulah Falls faces midyear questions over legal fees and police costs

Tallulah Falls officials put a midyear financial summary before the Town Council for its Feb. 11, 2021 meeting, reporting that attorney fees had already run $6,733, or 37%, over budget and warning that police salaries would require council action. The report also identified a $2,187 overage in police vehicle maintenance, even as it projected that the town’s general fund remained financially on track overall.
