Tallulah Falls’ proposed zoning-hearing rules remain without a recorded outcome

A proposed change to Tallulah Falls’ zoning procedures, first placed on a Planning Commission agenda on Dec. 8, 2021 and listed again on a Jan. 6, 2022 agenda, would require the commission to hold public hearings and issue written recommendations before the town’s governing body considers several types of zoning requests.
