Tallulah Falls setback request for Miles parcel remains unresolved in public record

Tallulah Falls’ public record still does not show whether Matthew Miles won permission to build or place improvements closer to the boundaries of parcel 101A 007K than town setback rules ordinarily allow. The Board of Zoning Appeals heard the request on Dec. 9, 2021, and a Jan. 6, 2022 agenda again listed it, but neither document records an approval, denial or other final disposition.
