Tallulah Falls rezoning request for two homesite parcels still lacks a recorded decision

A Tallulah Falls rezoning request that could move two J & D Irvin Holdings parcels out of single-family residential zoning and into the town’s business district still has no recorded outcome in the town documents identified for the matter. Town Council held and closed a public hearing on Oct. 14, 2021, concerning parcels 101B064 and 101B001B, but the minutes do not say whether officials later approved, denied, postponed, withdrew or changed the request.
