Tallulah Falls’ public record still does not show a final outcome for a septic-permit application involving J & D Irvin Holdings’ Lot 21 on Hickory Nut Mountain. The town’s June 10, 2021 meeting agenda identified the application as pending, but did not say whether officials approved it, denied it, deferred it or took another action.
